The California Association of Boutique and Breakfast Inns (CABBI) has joined the BookDirect movement by launching a mail campaign aimed at enouraging potential guests to BookDirect and Save!

A great tip they offer is to make sure guests know that when they are on the CABBI website, they will be connected directly with the inn they choose, rather than an OTA. They also explain how the blue “Book a Room” button on Google does not connect directly to the property – helping to educate the public about how they may not be connecting with the property the way they might wish.
